  • You need to remove “Find My” on apple devices to return or sell your device as this setting will cause the device to be locked to your Apple ID even after reset.

    iPhone: Settings > Account > Find My > Turn off Find My

    iPad: Settings > Account > Find My > Turn off Find My

    MacOS 15 or later: Apple Menu > System Settings > iCloud > See All > Find My Mac > Turn Off

    MacOS 14 Or earlier: Apple Menu > System Settings > iCloud > Find My Mac > Turn Off

  • iPhones can have issues with emails suddenly not working here are a couple of ways to fix this.

    Re-enter password: Settings > Apps > Mail > select account > Re-enter password

    remove and re-add: Settings > Apps > Mail > select account > Remove > Add new account > Sign in to email account. If nothing shows restart device.

  • If your printer is Wi-Fi enabled you can connect your printer to your home/office Wi-Fi. Once connected you can print via the share button on the document/photo you would like to print.

    Connect Printer to Wi-Fi: Settings > Network > Wi-Fi > follow onscreen instructions.

    Print from Phone/Tablet: Share > Print > Select Printer > ensure settings are correct > Print

    If Print is not visable you may need to install the manufacturer app (hp print, epson, ect.)

  • If your computer is running slow there is a few possibilities for this.

    1- Device memory (RAM) availibility is decreased, Try turning your device off.

    2- There are too many back gound apps open. Try closing these apps and disabling un-needed start up apps in the task manager.

    3- Drives/OS updates are required. Check for updates in settings.

    4- There is not enough storage space available. Try deleting un-needed documents, photos, applications from your device.

    5- If your device is slow to boot this can indicate a Hard drive failiure and may require the hard drive to be replaced.

  • Your device may not turn on due to hardware failures, however it could be due to residual power.

    Before taking your device to be repaired try this simple fix.

    1- Unplug everything from the device (not including the battery).

    2- hold down the power button for 15-20sec.

    3- try turning your device back on, Only connect powe and monitor at this stage.

    If it works you can plug everything back in and use as normal. If it doesnt work contact us for diagnostics.
