1. Diagnostics:
a) All diagnostics are made as a recommendation to you by our technicians and we hold no responsibility should the diagnostic not fully resolve the issue and must still be paid.

2. Warranty:
a) 3-Month Warranty on all Hardware Repairs: We offer a standard 3-month warranty on all hardware repair parts purchased through Us or provided to You by Us. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

b) No Warranty for Loss of Data, You are strongly encouraged to back-up your data or system prior to Repairs. Our technician can back-up your data for You for an additional charge (TBA).

c) General Disclaimer: As far as the law permits, we are not liable for any damages for loss, theft, injury, or death howsoever caused. This extends to any third parties.

d) Where applicable, you are responsible for any courier costs and insurance costs for purchased and warranty goods.

3. Refunds:
No refunds will be given after 14 days from date of purchase. All returned goods must be in complete working order and must be of saleable quality and in the original packaging, which must also be in good condition. Proof of purchase is required for all requests for a refund. There are no refunds on consumable items, unless otherwise stated and/or offered by the manufacturer. All discrepancies with your purchase must be made in writing to blue.computers@outlook.com and must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Payment Terms:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment terms are strict “payment-on-delivery” for all goods and services rendered.
Minimum of 50% deposit must be made before parts are ordered.
We accept payment by cash, Eftpos and bank transfer.

5. Privacy:
We will not share your personal details or discuss any of your personal information with any person not expressly authorized by You. Authorization must be made in writing to Us and must include your name, address, date of birth, signature, and date.

6. Personal Belongings:
All items will be held for 3 months, and ownership will be transferred to Blue’s Computer Repairs if not collected within this time frame unless otherwise agreed upon. If items are not collected within one month of repairs a fee of $3 per day will be added and must be paid before collection.
